The master bedroom features a generous 2 × 2 m king-size bed, a dedicated dressing area, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Additional Bedrooms

Two further bedrooms are each furnished with a 2 × 2 m king-size bed, ensuring equal comfort for all guests. Every bedroom opens directly onto a private balcony, inviting natural light and uninterrupted ocean views.

The property includes two additional bathrooms to support relaxed group living:

• One family bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower
• One bathroom with a walk-in shower

The View: Every bedroom is oriented toward the ocean, ensuring the first sight each morning is the sparkling horizon.

The Touch: Sleep is elevated by quality branded bed linen and premium bedding.

The Amenities: Each room is supported by practical luxuries including hair dryers, fluffy towels, and an iron/ironing board for effortless holiday dressing.

The Pool & Terrace

Take a dip in the private saltwater swimming pool, rinse off under the solar shower, and unwind in the dedicated lounge area.

Heated Swimming Pool

The property also features a private swimming pool heated by an energy-efficient heat pump. Guests who prefer warmer water may book pool heating as an optional service, allowing the pool to be maintained at a comfortable temperature.

Please note that pool heating must be booked for the entire duration of the stay and for a minimum of 7 days, as adequate time is required to bring the water to the desired temperature.

Tropical Living

Wander through the large tropical garden or host an al-fresco dinner at the barbecue grill corner on the lounge terrace.

Exploration

Binoculars are provided for whale watching from your balcony, along with environmental maps and a leisure guide to help you discover the island’s hidden gems.

Culinary & Practical Independence

Our self-catering facilities allow for total autonomy. The villa includes:
